Experience
I have almost 10 years of teaching experience, including both tutoring and teaching in the classroom. I have taught and tutored countless subjects, such as general chemistry, physics, organic chemistry, biology, math, and others. I have also prepared students for professional health school entrance exams, such as the MCAT, PCAT, OAT, and DAT. I have taught MCAT courses for one of the largest Test Prep Companies as well. I taught MCAT and GRE courses at multiple universities. I have a great passion for teaching! In my opinion, the only true way to master something is to be able to teach it effectively. I have used my vast amount of teaching and tutoring experience to formulate a teaching style that is unique to each student's learning style and needs. I have helped students not only master the material they're learning, but also coached them on how to learn material effectively. I have also helped students gain admission to professional schools, such as medical school, dental school, and others. I teach the following subjects: general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, biology, and math. These subjects can be at the high school and/or college level. Biology can include a variety of classes, such as introductory biology, cell biology, physiology, genetics, and others. I also teach the science and quantitative portions of the professional health school entrance exams, such as the MCAT, PCAT, OAT, and DAT. Furthermore, I teach the quantitative portion of the GRE, ACT (also science portion), and SAT. In addition, I teach the subject tests for the aforementioned subjects, such as CLEP, AP, SAT, and GRE exams. These tutoring sessions can either be in person, online utilizing a highly effective online whiteboard, or a combination of both methods.
