I believe that students can do far more than they realize by implementing certain study habits and methods for remembering the material. I have always like working with the middle and high school age group, and even enjoy teaching elementary students. I hope to also gain more experience in teaching students and to implement many of the techniques that I have learned as a graduate student of Education. Every student has immense potential, and I would like to help them learn in the most effective way, so that when they reach the classroom they can have confidence in the subject matter and perform at a higher level.

Hobbies

I enjoy anything crafty and I make jewelry and do scrapbooking. I implement creativity in my teaching method because, for many students, a creative element helps them understand the material. I work with the youth group at my church, and spend many hours learning more about them and pouring into them. I am also task-driven when it comes to academia, and always strive to do better that I believe that I can do. I am family oriented (I have a two-year-old daughter) and love children of all ages.
