Experience

Coordinated and implement a GED tutoring program for adults in Marion, Alabama through the Sowing Seeds of Hope program. Have tutored and taught elementary and middle school children for five years through free lance work and working with various Birmingham non-profits. I have experience helping students improve literacy and writing and oral skills, in addition to test preparation. I love tutoring because I am passionate about education and preparing today's youth to be our future leaders.

I love reading, writing, running, weightlifting and classic movies. I think dogs are awesome and a good cup of coffee is sublime. I'm outgoing and friendly, I love sitting down with students and finding out what's going on in their lives and helping them succeed with their classwork.
