I have 3 years of tutoring experience working through Auburn University's Study Partners peer tutoring program. I taught mostly sciences such as general biology, genetics, and some organic chemistry. I also have some experience in ACT tutoring and ESL tutoring. I am also completely fluent in Japanese and have some experience with both tutoring and translating. I believe that tutors can be a valuable learning tool because I personally have learned so much from them! Half of the battle of learning is figuring out what you don't understand and tutoring gives you enough one-on-one attention to be able to grasp the missing links and overall concepts.
